1. ORDER CONFIRMATION AND PRODUCTION TIMELINE
Because our premium objects are custom-made, production does not begin until an offline formal contract and Purchase Order (PO) are signed, and payment terms are met.

Production Phase: The exact timeframe required to manufacture or curate your custom items will be formally discussed, agreed upon, and confirmed directly with you during our offline consultation process.

Ready to Ship: Once the production phase is fully completed and our quality control standards are met, your order will be prepared for dispatch.
2. WORLDWIDE SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
We offer worldwide shipping to ensure our curated pieces can reach your event, wherever it may be held.

Average Delivery Time: Once production is complete and your order leaves our facilities, you should expect an average delivery time of 2 weeks worldwide.

Tracking: As soon as your order is dispatched, a tracking number and shipping confirmation will be sent to your registered email address so you can follow its journey.
3. SHIPPING COSTS & TRANSPORTATION METHODS
We ship globally, shipping costs are tailored to the specifics of each order.

Flexible Transit Options: We offer shipping by Air Freight or Sea Freight, depending entirely on your timeline, budget, and project requirements.

Custom Freight Calculations: Final shipping fees are calculated dynamically based on four key metrics:

The total volumetric weight of the shipment.

The exact door-to-door delivery destination.

Final Quote: All logistics fees, handling, and door-to-door transport costs for large event commissions will be clearly detailed and agreed upon in your final offline Purchase Order before production begins.

Custom Adjustments: For exceptionally large, heavy, or fragile custom event installations, any specific shipping, handling, or crating fees will be clearly detailed and agreed upon in your final offline Purchase Order before production begins.
4. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
Maison Edits operates globally with main offices in Zurich and Hong Kong.

Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country.

The recipient of an international shipment is responsible for these import fees, which are calculated once a shipment reaches your country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

While we always aim to deliver your items well ahead of your event date, delivery timeframes are estimates and not definitive guarantees. Shipping times may occasionally be impacted by factors outside of our control, such as:
