1. OUR WEBSITE IS FOR QUOTES ONLY, NOT SHOPPING

This website is a portfolio to showcase our custom items and allow you to request a price quote. You cannot buy anything directly on this website. A binding order is only created later, after we discuss the details offline and both sign a formal contract and Purchase Order (PO).

 

2. PRICING, ATELIER FEES & MINIMUM PROJECT REQUIREMENTS

Maison Edits specializes in curated, customized, and made-to-order pieces created exclusively for weddings, celebrations, and private events.

Every Maison Edits project is developed through a bespoke process. Clients are not solely purchasing products; they are engaging Maison Edits to oversee the complete creative, sourcing, production, and delivery journey required to bring each concept to life.

This process may include, but is not limited to:

• Product sourcing and supplier selection
• Product development and customization planning
• Creative adaptations and mockups
• Supplier coordination and production management
• Sampling and prototype review
• Quality control and production monitoring
• Revision management and artwork adjustments
• Packaging coordination
• Logistics and fulfillment planning
• International shipping coordination
• Time-sensitive troubleshooting and project support

3. CATALOG COLLECTIONS MINIMUM ORDER 

Products featured within the Maison Edits catalog are subject to a minimum project value of USD 5,000 per order, excluding shipping, duties, taxes, and any additional services.

This minimum allows Maison Edits to maintain the level of sourcing, coordination, quality control, and service expected from a luxury customization atelier.

4. BESPOKE PROJECTS (ITEMS OTHERS THAN OUR CATALOG COLLECTIONS)

Fully bespoke products, custom developments, special sourcing requests, one-of-a-kind creations, merch concepts, guest gifting programs, branded experiences, and custom production requests are not subject to a minimum product order value.

However, all bespoke projects are subject to a dedicated Maison Edits Atelier Fee.

The Maison Edits Atelier Fee typically starts from USD 3,000 per project and reflects the creative development, sourcing, supplier coordination, production oversight, quality control, and project management required to deliver customized pieces and experiences.

Maison Edits reserves the right to adjust the Atelier Fee based on project scope, complexity, quantity of customized items, number of suppliers involved, production timelines, revision requirements, expedited requests, and logistical considerations.

5. SHIPPING, DUTIES & TAXES

Shipping costs, import duties, local taxes, customs charges, and destination-specific fees are quoted separately and remain the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. PRODUCTION TIMELINES

We can produce customized items from our catalog within 1 to 2 weeks. However Maison Edits recommends confirming orders no later than 30 days prior to the event date. While every effort will be made to accommodate shorter lead times, rush production, expedited shipping, or last-minute modifications may be subject to additional fees and cannot be guaranteed.

 

7. HOW LONG QUOTES LAST

Any price quote you get from our website or via email is valid for 30 days.

If we don't sign a formal contract within 30 days, the quote expires, and the pricing may change based on material costs. 

 

8. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR INFO

When typing in your event dates, guest counts, or design preferences on our website, please double-check your spelling and numbers.

We are not responsible for any incorrect quotes or planning mistakes caused by typos or wrong information submitted by users. 

 

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND DESIGN OWNERSHIP

Your Materials: You keep all rights to any logos, branding, or inspiration photos you share with us.

Our Designs: Any custom designs or items we create for your event become your 100% exclusive intellectual property as soon as you make your final, full payment (as outlined in our final contract). 

 

10. NO RETURNS, REFUNDS, EXCHANGES

Because everything we make is completely custom and made-to-order for your specific event, we have a strict no-return, no-refund, and no-exchange policy.

Once you sign the final offline contract and production begins, the order cannot be canceled or changed.

11. COPYRIGHTS INFRINGEMENTS

You guarantee that any logos, branding, images, or design templates you upload, share, or request us to use do not infringe upon any third-party copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights. Because we produce items strictly on your behalf and according to your specific instructions, you assume full legal and financial responsibility for the content of your order. Maison Edits acts solely as a manufacturer and printer; we do not verify the legal ownership of user-submitted designs, and we will not be held liable if a third party raises a copyright or trademark dispute regarding the items produced for your event.
